Express! Solutions is a manufacturer and distributor of its own unique car wash and industrial cleaning formulas. Our products are super-concentrated, allowing us to ship and sell our product at lower than average market prices. Express! works with State Regional Coordinators who recruit, train and support Product Consultants in various geographical areas of the state. The Regional Coordinators purchase, stock and inventory of products that are then in turn, distributed to end user accounts such as car washes, detail shops, and other product users. There is no product distribution, invoicing or associated bookkeeping duties required of Product Consultants.
Regional Coordinators provide their Product Consultants with marketing materials, product samples and all the necessary 'tools' to perform their job. Since the products are consumable in nature, repeat sales are a given. Retaining clients is a big part of remaining successful. As a Product Consultant, you would provide the energy, time and commitment to become trained and confident enough to sell the products. Following is a list of items that need to be understood for a Product Consultant to successfully grow their business:
· A flexible schedule which allows you to be available to call on business 2 to 5 days a week.
· A vehicle, computer connected to the Internet, cell phone, and an area to store sample products.
· The ability to learn fast, accept rejection and be self-motivated.
· Regular communication in the way of reports and phone conferences with your Regional Coordinator.
· Product Consultants are Independent Agents and pay their own payroll withholdings. They receive commissions on the accounts which they develop for as long as they are actively promoting products and opening new accounts.
· The accounts developed become and remain accounts of Express! Solutions Corporation - Product Consultants are not allowed to sell any other product line to the accounts.
· Formal and on-the-job-training is provided by the Regional Coordinator.
