Express! Solutions' CEO, Donovan Trana realized that good products alone will not create 'opportunity' for anyone. In late 2002, Donovan teamed up with Joe White , Express! Solutions' Chief Financial Officer. Joe's challenge was to focus their vision for helping others succeed, by laying out financial and communication models which would provide the means to allow honest, motivated people to experience a great opportunity. In essence, Donovan and Joe have developed what they call the Express! Solutions Opportunity. The Express! Solutions Opportunity was birthed on some guiding principles, like simple is better than complex. That focused, coordinated effort is better than brute force. That honesty and commitment are better than pressure and control. Donovan and Joe are looking for people who, for whatever reason, are hungry for opportunity. The Opportunity provides the tools, training and methodology for these people to achieve success with limited monetary and time investment. Express! The heart of the company is a powerful Internet web site which links the Company, Regional Distributors, Local Distributors and consumers. Product/company education, purchasing and financial functions are also handled though the web site. Each Regional Distributor has their own web site which is unique to them and their customers. Web based E-commerce is promoted as the primary means of purchase.
Express! Solutions' premier flagship product was DynaBriteT Super-Concentrated Car Wash Soap. You can familiarize yourself about the development and use of this product, by studying the web site. For our purposes here, it is enough to know that it is a superior product, which we are able to produce inexpensively with very low labor and facilities requirements. As a result, we are able to sell to our Regional Distributors at a pricing level, which allows them to set a price point below normal industry levels. In addition, the product is safe and easy to handle, takes up very little inventory space and requires no special equipment to dispense.
During the course of 2005-06, several new product formulas are being added (see products). These products will open new revenue streams with the existing customer base and provide sales opportunities in other industries such as grocery warehouses, janitorial suppliers and commercial carpet cleaning businesses.
Your Contribution for Success. We encourage you to look at the Regional Distributorship Opportunity as a full time commitment with part time involvement. If you have a 'day job' which allows you a certain amount of flexibility, such as being able to flex your hours and answer an occasional cell phone call, this opportunity may be right for you. We do not require, expect or encourage anyone to quit his or her current employment or pursuits, but rather, to build your Express! Solutions Regional Distributorship, 'on the fly'. While employing the Express! business model, you are also encouraged to interject your own unique talents and ideas. Eventually, you may find that you can increase the time commitment to your Distributorship. The key to your success will be to work the marketing program, then develop and train Local Distributors in other cities in your state. Additionally, you will need to own or procure specific office equipment, marketing tools and product inventory. Your minimal contribution in the form of 'tools' and monetary investment is the following: A home office set up, complete with computer, Internet service, printer, dedicated phone line, answer machine, fax machine and cell phone.

The Customer's Needs. All of us own a car, truck or SUV, and from time to time, we wash our vehicles. So you already know where to start marketing the products.
